Often the sheets and blankets that we use have stains that have an unpleasant smell even though they have been washed repeatedly. There are times when a new couple has a toddler, they will most likely to have pee stains on their bed and cause a bad smell on the bed cover and bed sheet. Sleeping with an unpleasant odor on your bed sheet or bed cover is certainly very uncomfortable because the smell will disturb your sleep.
You don’t need to worry because the white vinegar in your kitchen can be used to wash bed covers and bed linen. White vinegar is believed to remove stains and various odors, such as fishy smell, pungent smell, and others.
How to clean it is quite easy and very practical. You can mix ¼ cup of thick vinegar into the washing machine along with the softener during the final rinse. Vinegar itself does have a fairly sharp odor because it contains acid, but if your bed cover and bed sheet is dry, the sharp odor possessed by vinegar will disappear by itself.
